Wiggin Properties recently completed a refinancing of the 101 Park Avenue Building, a 189,000 square foot, 14 story office building in downtown Oklahoma City, on behalf of 101 Park L.L.C., the building owner.
The long-term fixed rate loan was arranged through Holliday Fenoglio with a conduit lender. The loan replaces bank debt which was incurred when the building was acquired in May, 1995. Wiggin Properties
provides leasing and management services for the building owner. The building is 90% leased. Tim Strange handles leasing and Debbie Whitacre handles property management.
