(Tulsa) Wiggin Properties has been selected by Enogex, Inc. to sublease the former TransOk space at the 110 W. 7th Building in downtown Tulsa. The space consists of seven full floors,
floors 6 through 12, with approximately 17,000 square feet each, and storage space.
110 W. 7th is a 28-story, 521,000 square foot, class 'A' structure with an attached parking garage that can accommodate almost 600 vehicles.
