Wiggin Properties Announces Major Industrial Lease

(March, 2002)

(Midwest City) Wiggin Properties completed a 99,500 square foot sale transaction with the Willis V. Smith Living Trust.  The buildnig is located at the corner of 23rd and Douglas, and includes a nine and one half-acre site. The building, a former TG&Y location, has been renovated with a new metal roof, new HVAC, and fully sprinklered.  The new owners plan to make further modifications to the building before moving in. The purchase price was $1,300,000.

NRF Investments, LLC the former owners were represented by Jeff C. Lester, CCIM of Wiggin Properties, LLC and Bob Weaver, CCIM of Harrison Levy, represented the new owners.
