(Tulsa) Wiggin Properties, Inc. has arranged the sale of the Bank of America Center at 15 W. 6th St. in downtown Tulsa to Bank Tower Limited Partnership.
The seller and longtime owner of the building, Fourth National Limited Partnership is an affiliate of the Paramount Group, a German owned investment entity. The thirty-two story office tower is home to the Summit Club and the Oklahoma headquarters of Bank of America. The building contains 284,000 square feet of office space, and a seven story parking garage with parking for 280 cars.
The new owner, an Oklahoma limited partnership, has retained Wiggin Properties to provide management and leasing services. Emily Rohleder, Property Manager for Wiggin Properties, will head up building
operations from an on-site office.
Wiggin Properties has been active in the Tulsa market since 1985. Headquartered in Oklahoma City, its
principals include Charles E. Wiggin and William T. Strange. Twice a year it produces office market surveys for both Tulsa and Oklahoma city.
