(Oklahoma City) The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education, Guaranteed Student Loan Program has leased 35,000 square feet at the Colcord Center, 421 NW 13th. The Guaranteed Student Loan Program (OGSLP) administers financial aid programs for higher education under the Federal Family Education Program. The Colcord Center was formerly the headquarters for the Standard Life Insurance Company and is undergoing extensive remodeling for the OGSLP as the anchor tenant for the building.
