Wiggin Properties sells First National Center

(Oklahoma City)  Tim Strange, Vice President of Wiggin Properties, Inc. has brokered the sale of the First National Center located at 120 North Robinson in downtown Oklahoma City to First National Center L.L.C., whose members are Joel S. Hoffman and Mitchell Wolff, principals of Stratford Business Corporation of Hempstead, New York.  The First National Center consists of 3 interconnected buildings comprising most of a city block and containing 905,199 square feet. The first building was constructed in 1931 and contains a large banking hall used most recently by Boatman's Bank. The second building was added in 1965 and the third in 1973.  The seller of the First National Center was Larry Jones International Ministries, Inc d/b/a Feed The Children, Inc.  and the sale closed on April 20, 1999 for a price of $5.0 million. Hoffman and Wolff have carved out a niche acquiring, redeveloping and retenanting large, older downtown office buildings and have done so successfully in Detroit, Michigan; Dayton, Ohio; and Albany, New York.
