(Oklahoma City) Fleming Companies Inc. have expanded their offices in Lake Park Tower at 6525 N. Meridian in Oklahoma City by 36,838 square feet.
This expansion accomodates their human resources, advertising, retail financial services, travel, internal audit, tax, and other accounting functions, many of which have previously been located in their Waterford headquarters building. Chuck Wiggin, president of Wiggin Properties, LLC representing Fleming in the lease negotiations and Scott Weiczorek, vice president of Trammell Crow, representing Equitable Life Assurance, the landlord.
