(Oklahoma City) Fleming Companies, one of the nation's largest food wholesalers, has retained Wiggin Properties as its exclusive agent for the marketing of its headquarters office building on Waterford Boulevard in Oklahoma City. Fleming will be offering the 147,000 square foot building for sublease or sale pursuant to the terms of its long term ease with Boulevard Associates, a New York limited partnership. "Wiggin Properties has assisted us with our Waterford lease and will represent us in the relocation of those offices." Chuck Wiggin, President of Wiggin Properties, is the principal in charge of the marketing and space relocation efforts for Fleming. The Waterford Headquarters building, which has served as Fleming's headquarters since 1984, contains 147,000 square feet on four floors, with both surface and underground parking. It is adjacent to the Marriott Waterford Hotel and three class "A" multi-tenant office buildings. The Waterford location is considered the most desirable office address in Oklahoma City. |
