(Oklahoma City) Wiggin Properties, LLC completed a 58,000 square foot sale. Western Industries Corporation and its affiliate Western Realty have sold two industrial properties to 2530 West Reno, LLC for $1,200,000. David Huffman, CCIM of Wiggin Properties, handled the two sale transactions for the seller. The properties consist of a 36,000 sf warehouse at 2530 West Reno that Huffman had leased to the State of Oklahoma, Central Purchasing Department's Surplus Property Division in December of 2001. In |
