(Oklahoma City) Two prominent Oklahoma commercial real estate firms have merged into one new company.   Charles E. Wiggin of Wiggin Properties, Inc. and David A. Huffman, CCIM of Property Resources Group, Inc., sole owners of their respective firms, announced the formation of Wiggin Properties L.L.C., which became effective December 1st.  Tim Strange, CCIM, a key employee of Wiggin Properties, Inc. for over ten years, will also be a partner in the new company.  Its offices will be at the Paragon Building, 5801 N. Broadway, Suite 120, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73118.

In addition to the principals of the firm, brokerage associates include Don McCarty, Don Faulkner, Derek James and Jeff Lester, CCIM.  The average experience of the seven brokers is in excess of seventeen years. The new company will assume management duties of over 1.4 million square feet of commercial and industrial property in Oklahoma.  The total number of employees is 36.

The new company has affiliations with several strong national networks that complement the firm's local expertise. Most notable is the CORE Network, a partnership of market-leading commercial real estate service providers active in more than 50 cities nationwide, of which Wiggin Properties is a founding member.  David Huffman, Tim Strange and Jeff Lester hold the CCIM designation, in a network of accomplished brokers throughout North America.  Additionally, the new firm is the exclusive Oklahoma representative for the ARGUS Mini Storage Network and has working relationships with ONCORE and Colliers International, which are both national networks of independent brokers. "Through these network affiliations," said Wiggin, "we are able to provide client services and access to market data and local expertise for every major market in the country".

David Huffman added, "The combined experience of the new company and its national affiliations multiply our talents and resources.  We are confident that we will be better able to achieve our clients' goals, for there is no such thing as too much experience or market knowledge".
