Wiggin Properties Announces the Sale of Will Rogers Office Park II

(Oklahoma City)  Will Rogers Parkway II, LLC has completed the purchase of the  building at 4350 Will Rogers Parkway. Built in 1984 this one story 47,000 square foot building has served as the corporate headquarters for ROCOR International, the Seller, who will remain a tenant in the building.  The sales price was $1,950,000. The owner plans to aggressively market and lease 21,000 vacant square feet in the building as soon as possible.  Tim Strange, Executive Vice President of Wiggin Properties, who arranged the sale, will also handle the leasing and management of the building.
