(Oklahoma City) Wiggin Properties announced that BEP One Limited Partnership has purchased One Broadway Executive Park, a 57,906 square foot office building at 201 N.W. 63rd Street in Oklahoma City, from BEP
One Associates, controlled by General Motors pension fund, for $2,250,000.
On the same day, BEP Three Limited Partnership purchased Three Broadway Executive Park, a 45,256 sqare foot office building at 6501 North Broadway in Oklahoma City, from BEP Three Corporation, also controlled by a General Motors pension fund, for $2,250,000. Both properties are 3 story buildings near the corner of Northwest 63rd Street and the Broadway Extension and for many years served as the headquarters for Grace Petroleum Corporation.
Three Broadway Executive Park was built in 1977 by Spaulding and Slye and is currently 94% leased. Its principal tenants are University Health Partners and the University of Phoenix.
One Broadway Executive Park was built in 1979, also by Spaulding and Slye, and is currently 90% leased. The buildings largest tenants are Unisys Corporation and Conoco.
Tim Strange, CCIM, Vice President of Wiggin Properties, and Chuck Wiggin, the company's President, brokered the sales. Wiggin Properties will continue as managing and leasing agent for the two buildings.
