(Oklahoma City)  Wiggin Properties negotiated a 29,692 square foot industrial building sale with Chrisscott II, L.L.C., an Oklahoma limited liability company. The seller was the Richard E. Swan Family Trust. The property is located at 4601 N. Santa Fe. Don Faulkner of Wiggin Properties represented the seller.  The buyer plans a major improvement of the property and then to offer the property for lease.
