Wiggin Properties Announces Major Land Sale (February 2003) |

Wiggin Properties completed a 508,781 square foot land sale with Sonic Holding, L.L.C., a North Carolina limited liability company. The corner site at Harvest Hills and Northwest Expressway in Oklahoma City will be developed into a state of the art Toyota car dealership and service center. The purchase price was $1,515,000. Jeff C. Lester, CCIM, of Wiggin Properties, represented Albert Lowery, the seller. Mr. Lester specializes in the acquistition and disposition of investment and self-storage properties both locally and nationally.
