Wiggin Properties Announces Major Self Storage Sale |

(Oklahoma City) Wiggin Properties completed a 52,000 square foot mini-storage sale transaction and 1031 exchange with RMS Development Company, of San Diego, CA. The 337-unit mini-storage, under construction at 23rd & Ann Arbor, will be a state-of-the-art facility with full automation, climate control and a new coin laundry facility on site. The purchase price was $2,100,000. Johnston Builders, L.L.C., the seller, was represented by Jeff C. Lester, CCIM of Wiggin Properties. Mr. Lester specializes in the acquisition and disposition of self-storage properties both locally and nationally.
