Wiggin Properties Announces Major Self Storage Sale

(Oklahoma City)  Wiggin Properties completed a 50,000 square foot mini-storage sale, transaction with Beacon Self Storage, L.L.C., and Cape Ann Holdings, L.L.C., of Oklahoma.  The 383-unit mini-storage, at 820 S. Kelly in Edmond is a state-of-the-art facility with units comprised of regular, climate control, boat and RV parking.  The purchase price was $2,150,000. 9th & Kelly Self Storage, L.L.C., an Oklahoma company was the seller. The seller was represented by Jeff C. Lester, CCIM of Wiggin Properties.

Mr. Lester specializes in the acquisition and disposition of self-storage properties both locally and nationally.  Wiggin Properties, is a founding member of the CORE Network, a partnership of locally owned market leading service providers in more than 70 cities across the nation.

Wiggin Properties Sells Prime Location in Nichols Hills

(Oklahoma City)  David Huffman of Wiggin Properties recently sold a 9,900 square foot office building located at 2100 N.W. 63rd Street in Nichols Hills. The property is considered to havea a premium location.  Dr. Eric Nuveen purchased the building with plans to open and operate a cosmetic surgery clinic. Previously, the facility was contracted by Bank of Oklahoma with plans for a new branch location, but the project failed to achieve zoning approval.

Easter Seals of Oklahoma had owned and occupied the single story building since the early 1980’s. They have since relocated to a new facility at 701 NW 13th Street in Oklahoma City.
