As Vice President of Property Management Gail Fair is responsible for overseeing the management of more than 1.5 million square feet of office, retail, medical, surgical and industrial space in the Tulsa metro area.
In 2019 Fair’s company Property Client Services (PCS) merged with Wiggin Properties’ commercial property management division bringing property managers, technicians and clients that significantly increased the company’s footprint in the Tulsa metro area.
Gail’s commercial property management career has now spanned 31 years. She has extensive knowledge and experience gained while managing a variety of types of commercial investment property. Gail obtained her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation in 1989. She is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Oklahoma and the Managing Broker for Property Client Services, LLC.
During the late 1980’s and the 1990’s she worked as the Vice President of Commercial Management for the Tulsa firm, Tooman Collins & Associates. During that time, she was responsible for 1.2 million square feet of retail, office and industrial property. Her past corporate clients include Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Farmers Insurance Prudential Health Care, Warren Clinics, Pacific Mutual Realty Advisors and many others.
CB Richard Ellis International purchased Tooman Collins and Gail went on to manage the prestigious Boulder Towers office building in downtown Tulsa during it’s renovation from corporate facility to multitenant office building as well as five office properties in Dallas for Koll Bren Funds IV. In 2002 Gail began PCS, a commercial property management company in Tulsa. When the company merged with Wiggin Properties, PCS managed more than 1.3 million square feet of medical and surgical facilities, retail, office and industrial properties.
Gail is active in the Institute of Real Estate Management and the Rotary Club. Her hobbies include textile art. She and her husband Keith enjoy traveling and the busy lifestyle associated with the activities of their six adult children and four grandchildren.
